• No Refunds or Returns: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns of any kind.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Every order includes USPS insurance, which covers lost or damaged mail. If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, our responsibility ends there. However, we will assist you by filing a claim with USPS, but it is your responsibility to complete the claim process at USPS.com.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
• Final Sale: All orders are final once placed. No changes, modifications, or cancellations will be accepted.
• Customer Support: For inquiries, please contact our customer service team at ninibllc@gmail.com.
• Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package if it is returned to us. Shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order is placed. Please ensure all information is entered correctly at checkout.
• Fraud Prevention: Any disputes filed for orders marked as delivered will be reported to law enforcement and treated as fraudulent activity.
