NINIB POLICY

  • We DO NOT provide refunds or returns of any kind!

  • We are NOT responsible for any LOST or STOLEN packages. We offer insurance at checkout. Please make sure to purchase insurance to secure you package. USPS insurance covers lost or damaged mail. I am NOT liable for claims that the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, you the purchaser assumes all responsibility as I have done my part in 1. Shipping your product 2. Provide you with tracking information 3. Help you by filing a lost/stolen claim with USPS. I highly encourage you to make a lost/stolen package claim. It is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS.com.

  • Our processing days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday. 

  • ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL!

  • For any inquires, customer service is available through our email ninibllc@gmail.com.

  • If we are provided with the wrong address, you will be responsible to pay any additional shipping fees to reship your package if the package is returned to us. 

  • All information on orders are FINAL, the shipping address cannot and will not be changed.

  • Therefore please make sure all information is entered correctly.

  • All orders that have been delivered and are filed as dispute will be handed to the police and dealt with as fraudulent activity!
